This refreshing “raw” purée is packed with enzymes and nutrients.
Ingredients:
2½ cups (625 mL) seedless watermelon
2 cups (500 mL) peaches
¼ tsp (1 mL) chopped fresh basil or mint
Directions:
1. Remove the pits from the peaches and cut the fruit into small pieces.
2. Purée with basil in a food processor or with a hand blender, until smooth. Makes about 5 cups (1.25 L).

A good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, thiamine, potassium, and magnesium.
