The One of a Kind Show in Toronto is on and as you all know, I am a super huge fan. So colorful, so fresh, so pretty, so desperately want everything!
I attended the media breakfast yesterday and have lots of goodies to share with you today. If you can make the show, which runs through April 3, I highly recommend it. If not, no worries, I’ve provided links for some fab online window shopping!
For little ones:
- I can’t tell you much about this Feltbaby by Marja Koskela of MIMI because there’s not much information to be had. So I’ll say this: if you’re looking for an adorable baby gift, this is it.
- Who says baby toys have to be covered in “baby” images? These adorable blocks by Frédérique Satre of Miss Fred are oh-so-chic with their bright retro fabric.
- Ah, a girl and her dresses. This Sweet Tooth Gather Dress by Tiny Modernist, with its floral pops in raspberry, line and navy, little empire waist cut and gathered neckline is spring.
- When it’s too cold to go shoeless, but too warm to wear fully lined boots, a pair of kickers may do. These knit beauties by Babibu are made from a bamboo and wool blend.
For moms:
- A new season deserves a new dress, no? Karamea’s bright yellow Holly Dress will turn heads. But it’s really about feeling like a woman again.
- Too pooped to wear anything but a t-shirt and jeans? I hear you. That doesn’t mean you can’t dress it up just slightly for a stroll to the park. Breanna Musgrove’s amazing Lasso Scarf does the work for you. Wrap it around your neck, insert one end into the leather loop and done, elegance is yours.
- This tote by Melissa Storkson is so sweet and so laid back, perfect for tossing in toys, keys, board books and wallet for an afternoon playdate.
- I’ve been admiring these Eco-resin Cuffs for the last few shows now...my biggest issue is when I get to dconstruct Jewellery’s stand I can’t decide among all the gorgeous patterns and colors. A terrible predicament, I know.
Happy shopping!
