In early May, opera star Lauren Flanigan and television actress Kate Mulgrew took to the stage in Central Park to perform two concertos based on Margaret Wise Brown’s books Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny.
For everyone who couldn’t make it (and anyone who did but wants a keepsake), the concert was released on DVD and MP3 on May 23 to coincide classic with the author’s 100th birthday.
A lovely tribute to a beloved author and her indelible mark on children’s literature.
