You passed your six-week check up and your doctor/midwife has given you the green light to exercise. What's the first thing you should do? Buy a properly fitting sports bra. Chances are your breasts are bigger now than ever before, and that extra weight needs extra support to help prevent sagging and strain. Sports bras with actual separate, soft cups (read: no uniboob) usually provide more support. Department stores and online boutiques carry a selection of sports bras, including ones with one-handed releases for nursing. Just don't jog and nurse at the same time!
