
Ingredients:
4 peaches, nectarines, and/or plums, quartered
Butter, melted
Directions:
- Clean grill and then heat to low heat.
- Brush the fruit with melted butter and then grill for 6 to 10 minutes, or until fruit is softened.
- Serve as a side dish or on a cheese plate alongside some blue or goat cheese. Makes 4 servings.
