Top off a wonderful year with a special “champagne” cocktail. And just think: By this time next year, your baby will be celebrating with you!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons granulated, white sugar
1 sugar cube
Dash blood orange bitters
11/2 ounces pomegranate juice
3 ounces nonalcoholic sparkling wine
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
Directions:
Rim a champagne flute with sugar. Place the sugar cube into the bottom of the flute, and soak it with the bitters. Add pomegranate juice and alcohol-removed sparkling wine. Drop in pomegranate seeds.
