Worried about your child's sleep and how to stay on track this summer during your travels? Bring some familiar reminders from home, including things like their favorite book, sleep sack, or even the noise machine. Use the same routine for bed as you normally would with modifications based on the location. The more consistent you are with your child's sleep when you are away, the more consistent your chid will be. A trial run at Grandma’s is a great way to prepare you and your child for travel ahead.
