If there’s one thing that’s synonymous with Valentine’s Day, it’s overindulgence (whether you have a Valentine or not). But this year, we’re skipping the calorie-packed dinner out, and settling in for a romantic, delicious, and surprisingly nutritious dinner at home. Each one of these recipes was handpicked by the queen of healthy eating, Rose Reisman. Bust open a bottle of your favourite wine and enjoy a bowl of Red and Yellow Bell Pepper Soup; Prime Veal Chop with Pesto and Feta; Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes with Sun-Dried Tomatoes; and finish it off with Lemon Meringue Pie. There’s nothing wrong with overindulging in that.
