With 2011 coming to a close, we're looking back on all the fitness classes we tested this year.  From Yin Yoga (what is it?) to the benefits of Tai Chi and Kung Fu, we certainly learned a lot. We know your time is tight and you can't try them all, so we've rounded up the top five you should try in 2012.

Jukari Fit to Flex

The second class collaboration from Cirque du Soleil and Reebok, this class is loads of fun and will build up your strength and coordination.

A combination of calorie-blasting spinning and stress-relieving yoga, this class will give you the perfect mix of cardio, strength and balance training.
