Video: Learn an Easy At-Home Circuit Workout

Having a good workout buddy can make the difference between sticking to a solid exercise routine and finding yourself stuck on the couch — which is why we made sure our latest Sweet TV video will be your new BFF.

We teamed up with expert trainer Brent Bishop, owner of Think Fitness Studios, who created a simple full-body circuit workout that we could do at home, using nothing more than household objects and one stair. Learn the entire routine in less than two minutes, and then repeat the circuit for 20 minutes, two to three times a week. The best part? Whether it's too easy or too difficult, the routine can easily be tailored to varying fitness levels.

Learn the proper technique and posture for kickbacks, a squat press and tricep dips and how to incorporate them all into a total body workout at home. Adjust the number of reps and sets to meet your fitness level.

And if we can't motivate you into shape, the eye candy in this video sure will.
