Let's just say that you like reading Harlequin romance novels in bed. (I mean, ahem, of course you don't). Or that your live-in guy likes to collect hockey books or Dungeons & Dragons manuals. Which do not look very pretty on your bookshelf. Now, you can turn your trashy books into works of art.

What You'll Need
Pretty paper (an assorted stack from Michaels or any art supply store works well)
Clear tape (double-sided tape is even better!)
Scissors
Directions
1. Lay your book on the backside of the paper.
2. Fold the edges one-inch on each side.
3. Make two slits at the spine, then trim the excess.
4.Tape the corners of the paper together.
5. Repeat on as many books as necessary!

Tip: Don't matchy-match your papers. Use a variety of colours, and create piles of four to five books in a few places around the bookcase, leaving your "high-brow" books to stand vertically.
