Petal Pusher

make-it session canada (Jul.02.10)

I love the look of fresh flowers, but if you can’t always commit to the time, money and effort necessary for a fresh bouquet every week, this vase is the next best thing. Fill it with fresh greenery for a gorgeous, budget-friendly addition to any room.

What you’ll need:

Silk rose petals
Glass vase
Glue gun

Directions:

Using a glue gun, dab a bit of glue to the top of the vase’s exterior and apply a petal. Work your way around the rim of the vase in a clockwise fashion, then move down the vase, overlapping the petals as you go.

Tip: Choose a petal colour that compliments your décor but also looks natural.
