Icing sugar or corn starch

Sand-coloured shimmer dust (available at Michaels)
Yogurt-covered raisins

Directions:
1. Bake cupcakes according to recipe.
2. Mix icing with green food colouring. Add a bit of icing sugar or corn starch to make the icing more stiff
3. Ice cupcakes using a spatula.
4. Fill icing bag with icing. Using a #233 tip, dab top of cupcake to make grass.
5. Fold coloured paper in half, then cut out a triangle to make the flag.
6. Wrap around the end of a toothpick and secure with double-sided tape, then stick into golf green next to yogurt-covered raisins (golf balls).
7. To make a sand trap, sprinkle shimmer dust on part of the cupcake.
