With springtime officially here and an Easter celebrations close at hand, I thought I would be fun to create an easy to use wine shopping list to help you pick the perfect pairings for classic spring dishes.
For something fun, try offering two different wines for the same dish and allow your guests to try both and decide for themselves which one like best. This is a great way to get people trying and talking about the wines you have carefully chosen.
Helpful Shopping Hint: When shopping keep in mind that one bottle will offer you between 5-6 glass of wine depending on your glass size, and on average each person will enjoy 1-3 glasses of wine during the meal. These guidelines should help you estimate the number of bottles you will need for your event.
