Make your cheese party memorable by serving something out of the ordinary. Evanturel is a soft bloomy-rind cow cheese (like a brie) but with an edible ash vein running through the centre. Be sure to take cheese out of the refrigerator at least one hour before serving. This will improve both texture and flavour.
