Why it’s Sweet: When there’s exactly 17 minutes before guests arrive and every pot we own is strewn across the kitchen, (and we’re not even dressed yet) we’re wishing for a multi-functional gadget that can save the day. This silicone cooking pod, (which looks a bit like a sea creature) can steam, boil, blanch and drain in one fell swoop, minus the heavy pot-lifting and finger-burning.
