Step 1: Assemble and pack clothing and items for storage
I bought the large-sized bags, which, according to the instructions, fit about 10 to 12 sweaters. I picked out five, plus some bedding and a Snuggie, figuring that would be the equivalent. When I opened the bag, though, I saw that I could get much more in there. Five additional sweaters, three pairs of pants, more bedding and a few extra towels later, I was ready to go! I tried to make the piles even, and to pack like with like, to make the eventual unpacking easier.
