Ingredients
1 Tetra Pak carton local sparking white wine, chilled
1 Tetra Pak carton cranberry juice
Locally-produced dried cranberries, for garnish
Directions
1. In a pitcher combine the wine and cranberry juice. Chill for 1 hour.
2. Place cranberries in the base of champagne flutes (they will plump up after soaking in the mimosa mixture), top with wine/cranberry mixture and serve.
