The Blind Side: Amaretto Sour
A classic sip for southern belles.
Ingredients
1-1/2 oz amaretto
1-1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 egg white
4 dashes of bitters
1 orange boat
Directions
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and bitters to a shaker.
3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds.
4. Pour the drink into the glass and garnish with an orange boat.
