We’re not food snobs about much, but when it comes to charcoal grilling versus propane, we’re definitely on team charcoal.

One of our favorite things to make on our charcoal smoker is pulled pork. Early fall is actually the perfect time to make this, as standing over a smoker for four hours is a much more pleasant experience if it’s cool.
