Slow Cooker Braised Chicken
Sian got a slow cooker for her birthday this year and as a result we've spent the last few months experimenting with it. It does take up a lot of space in a small apartment kitchen, but thus far we've found it a worthwhile investment for a corner of counter space. We've already tried a lot of pork and beef dishes, but we wanted to see how chicken would turn out.
