Two handfuls of green beans, trimmed
Splash of water
Handful of cashews, sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2-3 tsp lemon or lime juice
Put a splash of water in a frying pan on medium heat. When pan is warm, add in green beans and stir until al dente. Add nuts or seeds, agave, mustard and juice and toss for 3-4 minutes until well coated. Serve immediately.
