Ingredients
1 tub (150 g) Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 English cucumber, cut into 48 (1/4-inch) slices
240 g smoked salmon, cut into 48 small pieces
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese, dill and lemon peel until well blended.
2. Top each cucumber slice with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
3. Roll up smoked salmon pieces and place on cream-cheese topped cucumbers.

Chef's Tips
Substitute: Prepare as directed using your favourite flavour of Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese.
Cooking Know-How: For an elegant touch, instead of chopping the dill, tuck a small sprig into the rolled salmon.
