Ingredients
2 lb boneless lamb shank, well trimmed, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Signature balsamic vinaigrette dressing, divided
3 medium potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, cut in chunks
1 can (14 fl oz / 398 mL) diced tomatoes
1 cup Guinness beer
1/2 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
Directions
1. Brown lamb and onion in 2 tablespoons dressing in large pot over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Remove cover and cook 30 minutes more.
Serves 6

Substitute: Use beef broth in place of beer.
