Not only is asparagus a great source of several nutrients, it is also very quick to cook. This can be ready in 10 minutes – including prep time!
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb asparagus, tough ends trimmed off
1. Place the oil, garlic, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
2. Add the garam masala and salt, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the asparagus and cook over medium-low heat until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve on top of any pasta or rice.
Serves 4.

Healthy Tip: Nuts have many health benefits, and toasted almonds are a tasty addition to this dish.
