Lady Liberty
10 ml apricot puree
10 ml Belvedere Pure
10 ml honey syrup
5 ml lemon juice
Moët Imperial
1. Shake and strain all ingredients into champagne flute and top with Moët Imperial.
Rose Garden
1 inch lemongrass muddled with 10 ml sugar syrup
20 ml Belvedere Pure
6 mint leaves
1. Shake and strain all ingredients into champagne flute and top with Rose Imperial.
Spicy Rose
20 ml Chopin vodka
25 ml white grapefruit juice
Half thumbnail grated ginger
1. Shake and fine strain ingredients into champagne flute and top with Nectar Imperial.
