When back-to-school time hits I can’t help but feel like kids aren’t the only ones who need to get back to routine. I find September is always the time of year when I try to bring a little more order to my life as well. I promise myself I will always do the dishes before bed, fold and put away my laundry as soon as it’s finished and open the mail and file it right away.
That third one is the toughest for me. I hate opening mail. I don’t know why. It’s not that I’m afraid of my bills (I always pay my credit card off early and in full), I just hate it. I’m starting to think it might be the filing step. I’m never sure what to keep and what to toss, and I hate opening my dented filing cabinet and seeing all that…stuff.
So I thought if I found some pretty filing options I might be more inspired. In addition to the usual suspects below, I also found tips for doing a wallpaper (thanks Design*Sponge) or paint (thanks How About Orange) makeover on an existing cabinet (in case your cabinet is not beyond repair like mine).
