8 p.m.: Decide that drinking an espresso after dinner is a good idea because we are invincible to the effects of caffeine. Heck, why not make it a double? 
3 a.m.: Unable to close eyes for longer than 30 seconds, begin watching Iron Chef: Battle Chocolate on the Food Network.
3:55 a.m.: Decide that we must start incorporating more good chocolate into our lives (and less coffee).
4 a.m.: Begin searching through the international confection selection on the Canadian website ChocoDirect.com (organized conveniently by brand, category, country, allergen-free, organic, kosher, no sugar added and on-sale promotional items).
4:25 a.m.: Add to our online shopping cart: Dolfin Bittersweet Chocolate with Ginger bar ($4.08), an adorable tin box of Belgian Cocoa Powder ($9.46), no-sugar added Sirop de Liège apple, pear and date spread ($5.77), a lactose-free sheep’s milk Choco-Lisa bar from Austria ($6.92) and a Valrhona Chocolate Assortment, including three 100g bars ($9.99).
4:30 a.m.: Use PayPal to process our order, which is shipped at a flat rate of $5 (everywhere in Canada, no matter what is on the list).
5 a.m.: Go to sleep with visions of chocolate dancing around our head.
The Next Day: Receive an email from Canada Post allowing us to track our package as it makes its way to our home (a.k.a. belly).
And The Next (a.k.a. The Best Day This Week): Receive our package of goodies, which includes two free bars (as a thank you that gets sent with every order). Realize we have just found the best long-term relationship ever; live happily ever after.
