At Big Star Bake House, those with gluten aversions and allergies are never forgotten—especially during the holidays. Starting today until December 22nd, the bakery, which specializes in gluten-free items, will be offering last-minute “gf” holiday treats.
We love the traditional tortières ($4.25 each), and for sugar fiends, a variety of Christmas-inspired cookies such as Scottish shortbread, sugar cookies and Florentines (chocolate-dipped with dried apricots and dates, $5/bag) are on-hand.
Plus, the bakery will still be stocking its regular gluten-free artisan breads, pastries and sweets.
