We hereby interrupt your New Year’s resolutions to bring you an important message: Gummi Boutique, an old-fashioned-style candy shop, has opened in Glamorgan.

With vintage candies like Lucky Elephant pink popcorn and Betty Boop candy necklaces ($4.95) and hard-to-find treats like gummy butterflies and Dairy Milk buttons ($1.95), your new diet doesn’t stand a chance.

There’s also an entire wall dedicated to the extraordinary (and weird), including bacon-flavoured cake frosting ($6.50) and Cola-flavoured moustaches ($3.95). Mix all you want from the 30-plus candy bulk bins to ensure a serious sugar high ($2.50/100g).

After a quick sweet fix, please feel free to return to your regularly scheduled resolutions.
