What’s better than eating breakfast at our favourite new diner? Eating breakfast and dinner at our favourite new diner.

Blue Star Diner, the Bridgeland gem that has crowds lining up every weekend, has launched a dinner service.

Just like Blue Star’s brekkies, the evening spread highlights Alberta fare with foods like Spragg Farms chorizo, Sylvan Star cheese and local bison.

House specialties are burgers (from $11) and tacos ($3 each) with a healthy twist (think avocado toppings and chemical-free meats). On the burger front, choose from lamb, beef, bison, chicken, or one of three veggie burgers (we heart the spinach & feta). In keeping with Blue Star tradition, vegan and gluten-free choices are also on offer.

We’ll eat well from morning to night – no question about it.
