Summer brings along a frenzied schedule of weddings, pool parties and festivals – making free time disappear faster than size medium at a warehouse sale. So when it’s our turn to host a meal, finding time to make it fabulous is almost impossible.
Fino Marché Gourmand has come up with a way for us to wow our guests with fine cuisine without keeping us in the kitchen while the party rages on.
The magnificent bistro-style location offers a fully loaded take-out counter, catering services and places to sit and eat. We went with a starter of crispy arancini ($3.50), a savory main course of marinated chicken breast stuffed with arugula and goat cheese ($10), plus a side of Moroccan couscous ($2.50). For the most important part of any meal – dessert – we indulged in the most divine tiny cannoli ($1).
Everything was meticulously prepared for us in the cutest take out boxes (not that our guests will ever see them) along with clear preparation instructions that even we could follow.
Thanks to Fino, we’ll have no problem hosting a few more house parties this season…
