Montreal’s First Yoga School

We’ve mastered downward dog and we salute the sun (nearly) every morning. Now it’s time to deepen our yoga practice.

Luckily, we’ve found the perfect place to do it. Yoga re:source is not a studio, but rather a new school where yogatherapists impart the science behind yoga, helping students heal physical ailments and mood disorders as well as understand the keys to managing stress.

To achieve a healthy body, mind and spirit, we’ll register for an eight-week term ($100 - $200), sit in for a one-day workshop ($72) or book a 90-minute private session with a yogatherapist ($90). No drop-in classes here.  

Soon we’ll be masters on and off the mat.
