How low can you downward do go? How hard can your punch hit? Get sweaty, intense and erotic with your exercise routine with this week's Best Of where to workout list. We know where to run to, box, fly trapeze and more...

  1. Sweatiest: Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga Montreal; 721 Walker Ave.; 514-989-7642; www.bikramyogamtl.com
In a room turned up to 42 degrees Celsius, even reaching down to scratch your thigh will make you sweat. Combine that with a few challenging yoga moves, prepare to sweat like never before and build muscle tone and flexibilty (no peaceful meditating here). Cost: $400 for three months unlimited.

  2. Most Intense: Boxing
Blue Cat Boxing Club; 6201 Parc Ave.; 514-223-2432; http://www.sd3design.com/photo/gallery/2004/simon/PhilTemp/bluecatboxing/indexEn.html
Not just for anger management and venting frustration. Beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes offer a whole body workout. If after two months of training you feel up to it, you might even get a chance to get in the ring. Be warned though, you will get punched in the face. Cost: $195 for nine to eleven weeks of classes.

  3. Guaranteed To Make You Smile: Erotic Dance
Dance EroTeknique; Various locations across Montreal; www.dance-erotic.com
Learn to slide down the wall, pole dance or look sexy straddling a chair. Whatever your level of flexibility or dance, take home a couple moves just for you or share them with a friend of the male variety. Cost: $160 for ten weeks of classes.

  4. Cheapest: Running
Being low on cash doesn't mean you have to stay home and lose precious muscle tone. Grab your sneakers and head out to one of Montreal's best running spots such as the top of Mont-Royal, a jaunt by the water in the Old Port, or cruise along the Lachine Canal. Cost: Free.

  5. Most Daring: Flying Trapeze
    Trapezium; 2350 Dickson St.; 514-251-0615; www.trapezium.qc.ca
Learn to fly with no experience necessary. Experienced trapeze instructors will show you how to live out all of your childhood circus dreams. Learn just the basics in one class or come back again to perfect a few high-flying tricks. Cost: $240 for eight classes.
