    If ever there was a time to go to a restaurant with a sommelier (a very helpful one at that), celebrating ten years of marriage would be the time. Go all out and celebrate with delicious food and fantastic service. The pan-seared scallops are a work of art and taste accordingly ($36). Don't forget to wear your party dress.
