Resolving to Not Resolve?

Sam said it was cliché, Sarah shared the sentiment, and yet here I am...also talking about resolutions (six days after we popped the cork to the new year at that).
September always feels like my fresh start (maybe it was almost 20 years as a student) but there's no denying the big 01 on the calendar right now.
And while I know come February there might be more goals I decide to set for my year (or March or August), it is a good time to take stock of a few things I'll keep on my radar.

An admitted word nerd, I somehow managed to read fewer books in 2009 (I blame - but still love - TiVo).
2010 I'll make it a priority to turn off the TV before bed (and my gadget-loving side is enjoying doing so with the Kindle I was gifted at Christmas - thanks mom & dad!). |

OK, so technically two of these aren't even good goals (measurable and quantifiable is key), but I didn't feel like getting bogged down by the details
Except for flossing. That really should happen each and every day.
