There’s a new Canadian online shopping game in town.
(And Dealuxe is determined to make it even easier for me to spend money from my couch.)
My former boss (and Sweetspot founder) Joanna Track launched the site earlier this month and I was lucky enough to get to fill the first guest editor slot (but believe me, narrowing down my picks to 8-10 was anything but easy).
Imagine getting a sneak peek at photo after photo of Smythe jackets, Rebecca Minkoff handbags, James Perse shirts, Rosegold shoes, Gee Beauty makeup, Foley & Corinna, Splendid, House of Harlow and more.
Let’s just say my first round at picking some standouts was reminiscent of when I started highlighting textbooks and the page would have more yellow than not (what can I say, it all seemed important).
So, I narrowed down, narrowed down some more, crossed categories and eventually had my list (and made myself hit send before I started editing again).
Up top, there’s the Smythe double-breasted nylon jacket (with a great zipper detail up the back, $595); the Equipment pink silk blouse ($235) that’s an easy way to look put together; Blank slouchy cargo crops ($110) just in time for spring; and Rich & Skinny trouser jeans ($255) that make any legs look long, plus even more over on Dealuxe.
And that’s not even taking into account any accessories. Or the fact that I could go on.
