Wheel of Fortune may put more money on the vowels but where would we be without the other 21 letters? (Sweetspot would just be eeo, for one).
Spelling isn’t always forefront on our minds but ever since our introduction to Consonant Body Organic Skincare, we’ve been obsessed with the alphabet-inspired beauty line. The latest Canadian launch strips the questionable stuff from body soaps, washes and lotions, leaving only pure ingredients – in pretty packaging.
We first fell for the Vanilla & Clove Organic Body Soap ($12), complete with its own mini loofah pad. Four ingredients (olive oil, beeswax, spring water and glycerin) make for very smooth skin. And little reminders on the box like, “what goes on your body, goes in your body,” keep us coming back (plus we still want to get to the Goat’s Milk, Canadian Prairie Grains and Spearmint & Sage bars).
The Organic Body Washes ($16/250mL, $28/500mL), in Pure Unscented and Spearmint & Sage are the perfect morning pick-me-ups and manage to create a gentle lather without chemicals. And the Organic Body Lotions ($22/250mL, $42/500mL), in the same two scents, sink right in and lock in moisture (especially important with our snowy days ahead).
Forget buying a vowel, Consonant has us covered.
