With the recent revival of hypercolour shirts and coloured skinny jeans, we’re giving ourselves a pat on the back for keeping our 80’s collection all these years. (Jelly shoes, if only you still fit us...) 
For the pieces that aren’t likely to make a comeback anytime soon (we’re referring to you, shoulder-padded power suits), but that we just can’t bear to part with, we’ve found the perfect solution with Garment Renewal. Provided by Kelly A. Blair (of Style by KAB), she uses her stylist-meets-designer talents to transform our outdated and outmoded clothes into more current ones.
Anything is possible: From shirts into dresses and dresses into skirts, to old bridesmaid dresses into not-bridesmaid dresses. At reasonable rates – starting at $10 (for button replacements) to around $150 for a complete garment renewal – Kelly can re-work any piece of our beloved clothing into something that we can actually wear.
(And not just to an 80’s-themed cocktail party...)
