We may not have debutante balls here in Vancouver (come to think of it, we’re not even sure when debutante season is), but we’re more than satisfied with Amy Sky’s debut collection for Hidden Spectrum.
Entitled “Ampersand,” the brand’s introduction includes three styles: a raglan-sleeve Thuja shirtdress ($188) showcasing Sky’s self-described addiction to vintage men’s button-ups, an austere - but feminine - boat-neck Shinto tunic ($132) inspired in part by classic Virginia Woolf and a very welcoming, warm wool coat ($315) for chillier weather.
And hey, one of these pieces might even be appropriate for a winter ball.
