Shawna Robinson and Natalie Sydoruk, the designing duo behind LABEL, proved that they are masters of layering with their nostalgic fall/winter 2011 collection.
The models looked like a beautiful troop of grungy groupies that would be loitering backstage at a Nirvana show in the early '90s. The effortlessly cool collection featured everything from shirt-dresses and button-downs in silk to feminine lingerie-inspired slip dresses, tight cable-knit miniskirts and torn cropped tops.

We simply adored a sweet and moody black baby-doll dress with puff sleeves. Easy fabrics like cotton, silk, velour, jersey and crushed velvet came in a muted colour palette of army green, navy, black and ivory.
In true '90s fashion, looks were punctuated with sweaters tied around the waist, knee socks and iconic Doc Martens in black patent leather, coral and lace. Smudged eyeliner and tousled hair perfectly complemented the show's laid-back aesthetic.
