Why it’s sweet: We’ve been watching our pocketbooks more closely lately, but that doesn’t mean we’re ready to sacrifice style in the name of frugality. Luckily this spring we won’t have to with renowned Canadian designer Alfred Sung’s new clothing line PURE, available exclusively at Zellers. Hitting shelves (yesterday!) we can expect to find colourful basics like this Pleated skirt ($24.97) and Bow blouse ($22.97) as well as dresses and much more - but with nothing over $39.97 (seriously), we get to have our cake and eat it too. Take that, gloomy economy!
