We are strong, independent women but that doesn’t mean we don’t have any weaknesses. (Even on a tight budget we’ll cave for that new pair of gladiators.) Mention chocolate and our sweet tooth flares.
Now we’ve found a new haunt that is a serious threat to our chocolate cravings. Copparoma has amazing desserts and they’re open late.
So should we have a hankering for a chocolate croissant ($2.22) or a Nanaimo bar ($1.33) after 8pm, we can head right on over. Or if we’re craving something a bit more decadent, there is always a caramel brownie ($3.49) or piece of Montezuma cake ($3.50), complete with chocolate cake, brownie cubes and white chocolate sticks.
And if our craving comes a little earlier in the day, we’ll round it out with a meal, choosing one of the Panini trios ($7.99). The eggplant on herb is simply scrumptious while the beef brisket ups our indulgent quotient. And with a Première Moisson bakery inside, this really is our new one-stop neighbourhood shop.
Now if we could only find a late-night shoe bar, we’d be set.
