Some things go well together (bacon & eggs) and some things do not (sandals & surprise showers).
Luckily for Scoop & Bean, coffee and ice cream clearly fall to the former.
The new café may be small inside but the comfy seats, WiFi, sunny patio, Reunion Island coffee and ice cream options make it a perfect Sunday stroll destination. We were tempted by classic kiddie flavour, cotton candy ($2), but couldn’t pass up the affogato ($4) for a splash of espresso with our dessert.
Banana splits ($8) will have to wait until we’ve walked a little longer.
