It might have closed, but, thankfully, it’s not gone.
Chef Mario has shut the doors to his Bridgeland pizza shop, and started Pimento’s Mobile Pizzeria - bringing, and making authentic Italian pizzas right at our front door.
Our Giardino pizza ($21/large) tasted like it was FedExed from Napoli, thanks to the ingeniously outfitted van with a complete kitchen and wood-burning stove. The Italian Cowboy pizza ($24) was luckily more of the same - a thin crust dressed in premium prosciutto, pepperoni and chunks of white, homemade Italian sausage.
Now that’s what we call service.
