Although we can appreciate the talent of the foursome that took over the airwaves with their remake of Lady Marmalade – it didn’t take long for ‘Giuchie, Giuchie, ya ya dada’ to get a little old.
But we’ve discovered another Lady Marmalade, this time a new Leslieville brunch spot. Using organics where possible, the menu is as varied as it is delicious. For our maiden voyage, we tried the Eggs Benny ($13) with avocado, brie and bacon which was nothing short of miraculous. On our second trip we sampled the French Toast 'Bread Pudding' ($10) filled with apples, cinnamon and topped with berries (which tasted even better than it sounds).
Now this is one version we know we’ll never, ever tire of.
