While some of us fall into the foodie category and others are more apt to order in, we're all willing to make time for a good meal.

Now we're carving out our calendar for Relish Culinary, Lauren Levy's fun, new home-grown cooking classes.

We started by scoping out the class options ($75 and up) and settled on fall-flavour-themed Smashing Pumpkins. Levy’s Summerhill home (and pre-prepped kitchen) was the perfect laid-back place to tuck into five (delicious) recipes with friends, with tips and modifications shared along the way. Black Bean Cakes, Butternut Squash & Apple Soup, Brown Sugar Baked Apples and individual Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pies will all be making repeat appearances at home.

We’ll be saying kiss the cook in no time.
