Time to spice up our winter dining routine with a gourmet Indian cooking class from Calgary’s curry connoisseur, Bridget Rathwell.
The chef behind the renowned Buchaaz Masalaaz, a line of local (and delicious) gourmet organic sauces, now offers in-home classes ($50 per person) for groups of seven to ten.
We can customize a menu, request dishes, specify vegetarian or take a specialty course in samosa making. The promise? Fully authentic Indian. Classes begin with an overview of Indian food history and preparation, and move into an interactive cooking session. Everything ends with a spicy chow down.
