It may take two to tango, but it only takes one to enjoy Tango Bistro’s tapas-style menu.
Think of it as automatic portion control, with samplers from all around the world.
We toured the globe, beginning with the Filipino-spiced adobo pork empanadas ($8) and Korean bulgogi-style beef shortribs ($8) with kimchee. We continued through Asia with the Japanese-inspired (and incredibly delicious) wonton crusted prawns ($10) in a Togarashi mayo and Peruvian ceviche with plantain chips.
In between plates, we cleansed our palette with slurp-worthy Pomegranate Sunrise Martinis ($9) and Summertime in Jalisco cocktails ($6).
We might just break into dance after all.
