We like to keep it real (from our purses to our attitude).
So the pleasure was definitely all ours at Famoso Neopolitan Pizzeria, a new (and authentic) casual pizza and wine joint in Mission.
The 17 varieties of pie ($11-15) are officially certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana – which means they’re made by trained chefs, using high-quality, low-gluten flour and tomatoes imported from Campania. (And cooked for 90 blistering seconds in 900 degree oven.) Try the Vittoria ($15), voted Best Canadian Pizza of 2010 by Canadian Pizza Magazine.
Did we mention that this cute little joint sells beer and vino, more than a dozen flavours of gelato ($4-$6) and other amazing desserts, including a nutella pizza ($8)?
